Vacation or working 45m2 duplex apartment in the heart of Granada that opens onto the patio. It includes a living room area (convertible sofa, coffee table, table & chairs, TV...) and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, a large bedroom and a private bathroom with shower & WC. An office desk to work without being disturbed or disturbing others with all the comfort that can offer the coworking or the coliving.

In Granada, it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The Patio and Andalusian architecture keeps rooms cool in the summer, and central heating allows to be warm in the winter.
