When can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 15h00 and check-out is before 11h00.
Is there Wi-Fi in every room?
All rooms have access to high speed Wi-Fi, as in the rest of the building.
Can I have access to my room at any time?
On arrival, you will be given two keys: one that opens the main door and another for your apartment. You’ll therefore be perfectly independent.
I'll arrive late. How can I collect the keys?
If you plan to arrive late, please let us know in advance in order to give you all the instructions for you to collect the key.
I will have to leave early. What is the procedure?
If you plan to leave before 8h00, please let us know in advance in order to do the check-out the day before.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, with an extra charge of 10€/night or 50€/week.
Do you have baby beds?
Yes, on request. Please let us know when booking.
What are the basic products included in the welcome basket?
You will find: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar…
